Hello All,

I am torn between retaking my MCAT or applying this upcoming cycle and need help deciding because of my low CARS score and don't know if I will be filtered out because of this. I have always struggled with CARS while taking my practice full-lengths and think I could get to a 125-126 but, don't know if I should risk a retake.
I am a white male and have the following breakdown:
cGPA: 3.89
sGPA: 3.94
MCAT: 508 (130/123/129/126)

Also, I have good extracurricular as I have been doing 2 years of research, 3 years of volunteering, shadowing, club involvement with leadership positions.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

You do not need to retake the MCAT. I suggest these schools with your stats:
Toledo
Wright State
NEOMED
Ohio State
Cincinnati
West Virginia
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Medical College Wisconsin
Loyola
Rosalind Franklin
St. Louis
Creighton
TCU-UNT
NOVA MD
George Washington
Georgetown
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
Seton Hall
Albany
New York Medical College
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Apply in June and submit all your secondaries in July.
