I have a 3.3 oGPA, 3.0 sGPA, and the following DAT scores: 19AA, 19TS, 23PA. I applied to 19 schools and have received one interview so far. I am taking a full semester of courses to help bring up my GPA...is academic update a deciding factor at a lot of schools? Do you think I need to retake the DAT, and if so, when?

I think at this point your best bet is just to head to your interviews and do well then, it's a bit too late to re-take.

I agree.

Even if you're to retake, it will be for the next cycle as this is too late for this cycle. So if you do not get accepted this year around, then prepare well and beast on it.

what was your score on RC??

Honestly your DAT is fine. If anything it is your science GPA that is holding you back. Some schools may be holding your application for an academic update. At this point just make sure you get As in your classes. Good luck!👍
