Retaking similar class at different school to replace previous grade?

Hi I know that the AAMCOS will take the newest grade on a retake of a course from what I've gathered by reading previous posts. My question is however:

I want to retake Organic Chemistry I
Took it at UCLA and got C

But since I've already graduated, could I retake the course at another institution i.e. SFSU and take a similar Organic Chemistry I course and use that as the new OChem grade?
