Hello, how negative is it for one to reuse the same letter of recommendation from a previous cycle? I'm applying for this first time this cycle, but was wondering if I didn't make it this time, could I reuse them.

You can use the same letter writers but have them submit a new letter, even if nothing is changed but the date.
