RF ablation for knee pain

Anyone have any thoughts on the subject?

What are some potential adverse effects to this treatment?
Has anyone done a fair number of these before?
How much of a pain in the ass is it to get insurance to cover these or peripheral RF treatments?
Anyone happen to have a pub on the histological/nerve changes due to RF treatments peripheral or spinal? I am having a hell of a time locating one.

we have done a few diagnostic blocks and one so far has rec'd RFA. She reports complete relief of her knee pain.
