I don't know if any of you will be able to answer this, but supposing you got a nose job, and then lost 10-20 pounds, would that make a difference to the way your nose now fits your thinner face?
sure. you will lose facial fat and your nose will look different in relation. probably not that much different (10-20 lbs isn't that much), but lose the weight before surgery.
