right coronary artery vs. posterior descending EKG changes

Can someone tell me what lead changes you expect to find in a right coronary artery MI vs a posterior descending MI? I think II III avF applies to both but not sure :confused:

It's going to depend on what the supply of the PDA is. I'm not sure what EKG findings you'd see in an RCA infarct in a left dominant heart. I expect you'd still see damage to the SA and AV nodes and papillary muscle, but no real idea as far as EKG
