Just some background, you'd be surprised how common it is for people to come to SDN to look for affirmation of bad choices, rather than seeking actual advice. Those people then tend to lash out when they hear what they don't want to hear.

I see. I suppose that is part of the reason why I got so many strong reactions? I was worried I had somehow come off as willfully arrogant, or that people thought I was ignoring their advice because I hadn't responded to each post. Good to know 🙂 thank you.
