I personally think this thing is pretty freakin sweet (to take a quote from peter from family guy).

I would definitly have the setup in my office and at the projected price of only a thousand bucks it sounds like a deal.

As stated in the article it could bring implant dentistry into the clinics of general dentists with relative ease...

what do u guys think?
 
that sounds pretty interesting since it's coupled with the CT scan.

Who knows how long it'll be before they finish clinical trials.
 
the one drawback i could see is it could bring the cost to consumers to do some procedures down... which means less money for dentists.

greedy, i know... but still very likely.
