I love MEDICINE & ROBOTICS. Should I do a MD/Ms in BME , MD/PhD in BME or Dual MSE in BME & Robotics. Here are stats. Please help !

Double major: Math & Neuroscience
URM: Black
cGPA 3.33 (mom and dad both died within 26 months of each other. So I had rough first 2 years)
sGpa 3.82
MCAT: 528
1000's Hospital Volunteer Hours
600 volunteer hours of working at a domestic violence shelter
1000's of shadowing hours(Dad was a Urologist)
President of Robotics Club
Internships at Intuitive Surgical, Boston Dynamics, and Google
Mathlete
3 published papers in; Neural Degenerative Diseases and Computational neuroscience.
2 Poster @illinois State U research symposium
3 years in a Molecular genetics lab
1 year in a computational neuro lab

Where should I apply?

It's really going to depend on what YOU want to do with your life. If you want to know if you can get into med school, yes, it should be possible with your high MCAT, diversity, publications, sGPA, and justification for low cGPA. I assume you'd have a strong uptrend as well given what you've said (and I'm sorry to hear about what happened to your parents).

But you listed an option that doesn't include a medical degree as well. That'll come down to what kind of life you want, and I don't recommend doing the MD/DO if you aren't interested in seeing patients. I'll also throw in my 2 cents and say that if you want to have maximum opportunities, I would get something higher than a master's. There's a glut of bio PhDs that to my understanding are pushing out Master's candidates in the biopharma field. Probably not as rampant in robotics.
