so i have just 3 hospitals in my ROL. i certifed that ROL way back in Jan. my nrmp page says : applicant status: certified and verification status: verified, fee status is paid.

are all formalities done?? do i need to do anything else until Match Day[ march 20]?

He's telling you the truth. He's not being condescending at all. You are asking this three days after the deadline. There would've been little for you to do if you hadn't certified
