I'm applying to schools with a rolling admission. Do you need to finish all your prereqs to get invited for an early interview in November or early December before your fall grades are out? I have two more classes to complete this fall. Does it mean I won't get an interview until January? Thanks!

No, you can be interviewed before your prereqs are complete. That's typical. If you haven't submitted already, though, you probably won't be looking at an interview until at LEAST January.

No, you're pretty close to complete. As Carboxide said, it's pretty typical to apply without all prereqs complete. You'll update with your Fall grades & any additional planned classes during the Academic Update period in December. (I think it was December - it's in the PharmCAS candidate booklet.)
