This may sound like a stupid question but I was looking at Touro Harlems website (https://tourocom.touro.edu/admissions--aid/tuition--fees/) and they mentioned that room and board was around 20,000 a year. That cost is only charged to me if I live there correct? If I were to find an off campus apartment and live there then my room and board would be whatever price I am paying correct? I am only questioning this because when I look at the Middletown campus, the room and board for on campus and off campus housing is only 5000 dollars different. Is that just an estimate on their part of what living in Middletown would cost for a year?

There is no on-campus housing for Touro Harlem, only for Touro Middletown. The cost of room and board is listed there for financial aid purposes only.

Correct. The costs listed are estimates for what you can borrow from the federal government as your "cost of attendance." What you actually end up paying for room and board could end up being quite different.
