I am a Pathology resident at the Texas Medical Center and I have a room for rent in Pearland, Texas 77584. Rent is $650 per month and includes utilities. The room is in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath non-smoking house in the suburbs of Houston, just a 30 minute drive to the Texas Medical Center. I live with my husband who's an electrical engineer working from home, one medical student (male), and three small dogs. The room has a bed and desk. You'll have access to the washer/drier, kitchenware, covers/sheets, and towels. The bathroom is a shared bathroom. The house is a 10-15 minute drive from almost any store imaginable.
