I'll be an M1 in the fall and I've found a lovely little 2 bed 1 bath condo a 5 minute's walk from UTMB. I'm looking for a non-smoking, no pets (I have allergies), friendly, tidy roommate to share the condo with. I'll bring furniture so we won't have to purchase as much. The condo is $450pp and includes electricity, water, cable, and garbage. Message me ASAP if you're interested. The lease starts June 1.

Seriously- don't you have a facebook group or a list-serve for people in your class? It would probably be WAY more efficient than putting it on the SDN boards. Just saying.
