OP... Sorry for your troubles. t sounds like you basically gave up and are letting them inconvenience you, which is not cool. I have no new suggestion to add...If you don't want a confrontation with them, call the cops or file a formal complaint with the landlord or whatever.
However, as a courtesy to them (you being the better human being of course) you could first approach them calmly and respectfully and ask them to keep it down after a certain time.
I hope you can find a course of action you are comfortable with amongst the many suggestions.
