Rosalind Franklin vs U at Buffalo, need some advice.

I need some help deciding between these 2 schools now that April 30th is gone. I am OOS for both schools and tuition will be similar over 4 years considering the eligibility for in-state tuition starting M2 at Buffalo. I enjoyed both interviews and I see myself fitting well in both schools. Therefore, It's coming down to rankings and which school would help me more in landing my preferred residency (I am more interested in Gen Surg and Ortho). I am having hard time researching credible sources for school rankings. only one I found was the usnews and it seems that Rosalind Franklin isn't ranked.
