I had an interview last spring with one of the Ross representatives. He was very, very nice. It was definitely the most laid back of the three interview I had last year (I got waitlisted to the other two schools and got admitted to Ross). I forget all of the questions, but I know he asked me what my favorite undergrad class was and why, he asked me to address why I did less than stellar in some of my classes (I had a couple of C's), he asked if I felt I was ready to handle the curriculum and why, and he asked how I felt about leaving the country and if I'd thoroughly thought it through. The only thing that disappointed me was he wasn't closely associated with the school so he couldn't answer my specific questions about the curriculum and the transition to fourth year at a different school. But he did give me the contact information for a graduate who had completed an internship in an area I was interested in. Overall my advice would be to approach the interview calmly and I think you will do fine!
