Server Updates We will be completing server updates between 3:00 - 6:00 AM Eastern on Wednesday, March 25. Thanks for your patience while we improve SDN!
My Sanford guide (you can get it for your pda now...very cool); a pad of paper (take lots of notes); my Maxwell medical reference booklet (very useful for labs, common things you see in charts...http://www.maxwellbook.com/).
You'll get a feel for each rotation as far as what will be useful to have on you...just go in with an open mind and a willingness to learn/apply everything you've been studying 😉
I say drop the references. You'll find out you know much more than you think and you'll learn more without the crutch. If you really need to know something, use a PC...I'm sure you'll find one somewhere in a hospital. There's about 20 on each floor of my hospital. Globalrph.com is great for any kinetics/calculations problem you could ever fathom, Up-to-date is great for needing to know bleeding edge clinical info, and Clinical Pharmacology is my preferred drug encyclopedia.
