Would like opinions about which school would be better for a medical education and give me the best opportunity to match into a Radiology residency in the future.

Count me as another person who think Rowan is much much better. State supported school (so more resources than most) vs the shenanigans of being owned by the same company invested in Carribean schools.

I'm probably gonna get some pushback for this, but I think it's generally a bit silly to opt for a DO program over US MD in any instance. That's not a knock on DO's individually whatsoever, it's simply acknowledging the literature that has, historically, always pointed to the fact that MD's have a leg up come time for the match. This is absolutely not a commentary on the actual quality of education you would get at either school; that I cannot tell you and I trust DO faculty and curriculum can very much hold their own. Although, again, the end game is the match and why would you voluntarily put yourself at a disadvantage, unless the DO is significantly cheaper.

Always take USMD over any DO school. But this person is talking about 2 DO schools, it’s RowanSOM not Cooper Rowan

Ahhhh, that would make sense. These DO posts are never actually in the DO thread; I got duped nonetheless lol. In that case, no ****ing clue. Although, I'd imagine Rowan would have far greater resources. I just question if the DO's there get sloppy seconds after the MD program, if ya feel me?

No offense dude, but if you’re thinking one of the schools is MD from the title, questioning why DO schools pop up in the X vs Y forums, and wonder whether Rowan gets “sloppy seconds” (I assume smaller states with an MD state school should have that too by your logic), maybe it would be a good idea if you read over more posts from long-time posters to learn something.
