Rowan Virtua Early Decision Stipulations Question

I was just going through Rowan Virtua's Osteopathic Secondary and noticed they have an early decision option, but I can't seem to find any information on applicant eligibility, if you've already sent out other applications this 2025-2026 cycle.

Reading other forum info online, some people say it is non-binding, but guarantees earlier interviews, while others say it is indeed binding.

Does anyone have any information/know if I can apply EDP to Rowan without withdrawing my other apps?
