I plan on watching pathoma first and then learning path straight from RR. Would this be advisable? I really question the value of the lectures at my school so I'm trying to find an alternate method for next year. Thanks SDN.

pathoma + 300 path questions is the way to learn path. RR is way overkill.

I think you should still go to lectures. It helps you fill in gaps in your knowledge and can give you additional perspective. I've gotten some "wtf" type questions on NBME practice tests which were only answerable because of some random fact from lecture. Plus, honestly, you don't need to spend an entire year learning out of Goljan. You can spend a day or two following each unit reading the Goljan chapter to round out your knowledge and review.

I'd agree with this (going to lecture or videostreaming them/viewing them if an option at your school). There are things I have found helpful on questions I didn't pick up from FA or other resources, but from class!
