Alot of topics in Rapid Review Goljan are never covered in First Aid. Is it safe to assume that anything in Goljan is fair game for boards and that I should use this as my guide as to what is important....NOT FIRST AID. Also how about Pharm, should i learn more drugs than are listed in First aid?

First aid is all about high yield. RR is a rapid, but comprehensive review. Enough said.

From my perspective, anything can show up on boards, so you really have to learn as much as you can. When I took my test, I focused so much on knowing First Aid in and out that I got hammered on test day with random topics that weren't in First Aid and that I've never seen before. I ended up failing by 2 points. Now that I'm studying for my retake, I'm studying a lot smarter and using more sources to deepen my understanding and multiple qbanks to be exposed to more material and topics.

I bet those questions you got were either experimental or interpretation problems. all you need is in FA + UW if you add more you end up losing hyield knowledge.

That's a possibility, but all I'm saying is FA+UW might not work for everyone. You gotta know your strengths and weaknesses and tailor your studying accordingly.
