What the heck is that supposed to imply?

Not as much as by rejection letter from UNC who rejected me because they said I am a non-citizen. (I had a PR card when I applied, actually acquired my citizenship during the interview process. Updated them of the fact several times about this via e-mail, snail mail and via AMCAS).

I received my letter on the 18th of March and it said the same thing. There must be truth to the rumor that RUSH is making a move to usurp Washington University as the biggest number whoring institution West of the mighty Mississippi. I heard they are only taking prestigous academic award winners as well; so if you ain't got a Rhodes or a Goldwater, don't bring your weak ass **** there.
