Sure so they have 3 tiers to getting possible acceptance. Someone please correct me if I misstate something.

Tier 1- 3.6 First Sem. 3.5 Second Sem = Guranteed Acceptance
Tier 2- 3.6 Cumulative in the program= " "
Tier 3- 3.3 or above - Guranteed Interview (I spoke to the head of the program and she said that the people that got this, the majority were accepted.)

The head of the program told us that the avg stats are 3.3 Overall and Sc. and 499 MCAT but they look into other things as well such as experiences and story. They really look holistically at your scores so even if it is below avg., apply unless you have a score that is severely damaged.

I made a huge mistake on PostBaccas. I applied to Midwestern Univeristy through PostBaccas app service and i made my PS specific to Midwestern. Unfortunately because my app has been verified, i can't edited.
I can't submit my app to RVU-COM if the PS is specific to Midwestern's program. Any advice on what i should do next? I'll def call the school.
I feel so stupid

Call the school and see if you can make any changes.

Not sure if you'll know the answer to this, but my application was verified about two weeks ago. The doctor writing my LOR is submitting it sometime this week. Do you know if they will wait to review my application until it comes in? I guess I am nervous that they will see that I don't have a LOR from a healthcare professional and just deny my application.

Also, when did your application get verified, and then when did you get accepted?

Accepted on 10/22

It looks like someone from the school has to create the page and we have to request to be a part of it. So maybe when someone from RVU creates a specific page for 2022 MSBS, we will be able to join!

Gotcha! Remind me down the road(maybe in middle of December) if you would like and I could contact Dr.Towne and ask her to tell whoever runs the page to create a page for us!

I have another question. I put “no preference” for campuses in my application. Is it possible to get accepted to both? Or is it basically which ever campus gets to you first?

I believe the acceptance is based on the amount of seats per campus. I think if there are enough seats in both campuses atm that they will allow you to pick your preference! That's what happened to me 🙂

Thank you🙂 I’m speaking with the Program Director of Utah next week and I’m not sure what to think of it. It was their idea to schedule this meeting

Yea it must be Dr.Towne- if so she is the PD for the entire MSBS curriculum and I had a meeting with her too! She is very lovely and sweet and can answer any questions you have including the one you asked me! It's like a comfortable interview kinda no pressure or anything just relax and ask about!
