relax, my friend.
if you're this way for the mcat, imagine the future, where you'll be in even more stressful situations....usmle exams, boards, or even worse.. dealing with a crashing patient...
first lesson.... take everything in stride, and play the game very objectively, with a clear head...

That's true. The mcat may seem like a nightmare at this time in your life, but you've got to be prepared for the sobering effect of medical school. The mcat is infinitesimally small beans compared to the life ahead:

The MCAT?s are the "first step", more fittingly the "first big step". I?m sure that later in your medical career you?ll have much harder things to deal with that make the MCAT look like nothing, but you wouldn?t even have a chance to experience those things without doing decently on the MCAT?s
