One bad semester won't do you in, but what sort of grades are you expecting? Medical school committees like to see whether have a strong upward GPA trend, so aim for that.

You have the option of withdrawing from the entire semester. A semester of Ws would harm you less than Ds and Fs on your transcript.

See a couselor and discuss your situation. Be more proactive about getting yourself out of this rut.
