Technology safari browser question

when i use google on my mac when i'm using safari, i'll type in one letter and all the things i've ever typed in on google pop up as options to select from in a little menu. like i type the letter "b" and a list comes up including boston, brownies recipes, botox, etc."

is there any way to turn this function off? thanks!

Under the preferences, select the AutoFill pane, and deselect Other Forms.
