Clean, quiet, and away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Lakeview is a short bike ride to City Park or Lake Pontchartrain. Lots of nearby shops and restaurants, and only a 10 to 15-minute drive to the French Quarter. 2 Bedrooms are currently available in this totally furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 10 year old house; $800 per month which includes rent, wi-fi, and all utilities. Minimum 6 month lease, with $800 refundable deposit required. Each bedroom has a large walk-in closet and is furnished with a queen bed, nightstand, chest of drawers, desk, padded office desk chair. Den / living area has comfortable attractive sofa set and pub table set, and is separated from open kitchen by breakfast bar. Kitchen is fully furnished with stainless appliances and every item you could need. All linens provided in bedrooms and baths. Inside laundry area has washer and dryer. Central Air and heat. A large outdoor balcony porch is furnished w/table set and hammock. Off street or front of house parking. Please note that all living area is above garage. Garage is not accessible to tenants. Near public bus transit line. Current tenant is a resident at a nearby hospital.
