What are some MD schools that generally have lower entry stats?

ie. below avg MCAT scores

i've done some searching for these "safety schools" and couldn't find much of anything useful.

thanks 🙂

Retake the MCAT. You aren't competitive with a 26.

You've already applied to a few of them, but in all honesty there is no such thing as a safety school. I would agree with the previous poster in that you probably should consider retaking the mcat... 26 is a low score for any US allopathic school. DO schools would probably be more open to your score, and you could definitely get into the Caribbean.

Are you a URM? If you are, that helps quite a bit, but I would still retake the mcat.

Add Albany, Temple, NYMC, and Rosalind Franklin University to your list. Good luck to you!

DO schools would probably be a good choice
