I have a staff pharmacist phone interview and was wondering if anyone has tip on what to expect or prepare. Thanks
Thanks!!Google pharmacist interviews. Make as many examples as you can on the behavior questions and rehearse them before the interview. Here is some questions you have to know the answers:
Don't ramble and prepare the answer, phone interviews are easy, they can't see you and you can literally read back a script on you make. Good luck.
- Tell me a little about yourself.
- Why are you interested in working for this company?
- What are your strengths?
- What are your weaknesses?
- Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of.
- What would you look to accomplish in this job?
- Tell me how you have handled a difficult situation.
- Why should we hire you?
- Give a time when you went above and beyond for a patient or a coworker.
- How do you handle pressure?
- What are some of your leadership experiences?
- Tell me about a time where you disagreed with a coworker.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Also, Safeway uses EPS, which is a ****ty, l garbage system.
I also have a phone interview with Safeway (technically a Vons) this upcoming week. Kinda nervous.
