in EP vs Interventional,
what are the typical salaries (lower and upper ranges)
how many months of vacation per year
days of week working per year
call frequencies

thanks

Salaries vary widely from academic to private practice and through regions of the country. Giving you numbers here would not be very meaningful.

Months? Again, highly variable depending on your practice choice, but think more in terms of weeks, or even days.

Days per year? Every weekday, and some weekends, again depending on your practice. Solo practice? Might be every weekend, might be able to share with other groups. Large multispecialty practice with hospitalist coverage? Might be a couple weekends a year.

Call frequencies, same as above.

If you're asking because you're trying to decide which career to choose, I'd first start by figuring out what you want to do and then figure out your call schedule and salary.

lol...

right now most cardiology attendings are trying to figure out what their own salaries are going to be. Good luck trying to predict what reimbursement is going to be by they time you complete the training if you aren't already in the pipeline already to a cardiology career. I would simply reiterate the previous comment. Focus on what you can see yourself doing for 46+ weeks out of the year at 60+ hours per week.
