Same abstract at multiple conferences?

I presented my research project at a local student research forum that specifically said it would not prevent me from submitting to future conferences.

I have to present the same project in 2 different conferences - one as an oral presentation at an international surgery conference and another at the national surger meeting in the US as a poster presentation

can i list all these on eras?
