same activity at multiple locations?

basically title, how would one go about approaching this?

For example, volunteering at an ER in the city where I go to college at and another ER in my hometown over breaks and such? Or other activities like food pantries, habitat, etc that are all essentially the same role but at different locations if I'm at school or home.

Would they all be listed as one? or separate entries for each activity?
 
I volunteered at 2 different places and listed it as the same activity but differentiated the hours based on the time periods I worked at each place. I also specified very, very briefly in the description that the activity took place at 2 different locations.

I would do this for the same type of activity in which your role was the same (e.g. hospital volunteering). I would probably differentiate Habitat from food pantries from other volunteer work, but it’s up to you if you need to conserve entries. You have 15 slots to work with.

Oh I apologize, this was worded poorly, I meant habitat at city A and city B as one activity and food pantry at city A and city B as another if that makes sense

Makes sense to me to group things this way! I volunteered at multiple hospitals, and I group them all under the same activity. In the description, I just mentioned the different locations that I volunteered at and how many hours were spent at each one respectively.

Group them or list them individually as space allows. Or if the total hourly impact "looks better" when you keep them together. If you group them, put contact info for the second location in the narrative, along with dates and subtotalled hours for each.
