Has anyone who reapplied to the same school recieved an interview from the same exact interview as the previous year? That is something I am curious about; is that possible?

Varies school to school, but certainly very possible.

Each school does it a little differently, but there are several schools that use versions of an "advocate" system... One member of the admissions committee is your "advocate," who will interview you and present a case for your admission to the rest of the committee.. If they're convinced, and convincing, you'll get in after the majority-rules or 3/4 vote that follows.

For re-applicants, they might assign you to a different advocate, or the same. It really just depends on the school.

Did you have a particularly bad experience with one?

The schools I interviewed at will make sure you get new interviewers the second time around. Schools endeavour to make sure you aren't inteveriewed by a biased person (in that they knew you before the interview).
