San Francisco Match Advantage?

I only heard about the SF match recently, and I wanted to know if there is any advantage of applying through this versus ERAS if you are interested in one of the specialties covered by it like Optho, Neuro, ENT....etc.

It really isn't a competitive situation between the matches. If you want to do one of those specialties, you MUST apply to the SF Match. The very few programs that choose to use ERAS do so for specific reasons. In Neurology, for example, the vast majority of spots are filled through the SF Match. The places left (with a few obvious exceptions) aren't the ones you really want to go to anyhow.
