Savarese OMT corrections

Has anyone heard that there are a bunch of mistakes in Savarese's OMT Review 3rd Edition? Also, is there a website that lists the corrections?

That is quite surprising that there are only a couple of corrections listed. Our school is devoting an entire afternoon board review session called "Errors in Savarese OMT Review."

I didn't want to waste four hours attending if there was a website that addresses the mistakes.

Anyone know of any more errors?

Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if there were more errors. While it seems that overall this book is a pretty good and concise review, it just seems sloppily put together at times. A couple of factual errors (as listed on the link) are one thing, but things like spelling typos, punctuation, etc. also seem to be common. I think it reflects poorly on the quality of the book.

maybe. but honestly, it is all you'll ever need to do well on the COMLEX. It was the ONLY book I used for the OMM portion fo the COMLEX, and it helped me score 93% and 99% on 1 and 2 respectively. It may have spelling errors but it has what you need to know!

parasympathetic and sympathetic innervations are about half the OMM stuff. throw in some sacrum and some freyette, and you'll be fine 🙂

All I get when I go here is some adds for hotels in Cancoon (not Cancun, adds for the mysterious Cancoon) and links to buy other products associated with the name Savarese. I did almost buy the #134 Kayo Boxing Card by Lou Savarese. It has a picture of a Kangaroo with boxing gloves on and it is awesome.
