hey,
yeah, i had a small scar on my nose and had dermabrasion on it. it is still healing, but it is much smoother and less noticeable. it was a hypertrophic keloid scar. if you have it done you should probably see a facial plastic surgeon, that's what i did and it looks great!

(oh yeah, you could also try the yag laser on it combined with steroid injections)
