SCCO doesnt have any favoritism for either CA or WICHE states... the reason so many are from CA is just because of the sheer numbers applying from CA. I believe that there is a point system that gives points depending on gpa, oat scores and extra stuff. as long as you have enough points you get an interview and once you are at the interview there is a point system where the interviewers (usually 2 drs and a student) rate you and based on the score you get on that you get either accepted, on hold or rejected...
