With OP's avatar I'd never have guessed OP to be a chic. And if you're posting this as a guy, that's just creepy.

As the old saying goes,

Men are men
Women are men
and kids are F*B*I agents.

I guess it really depends upon how severe your menstrual cycle is. The worst part for me is cramps, and I can just take some advil and it's not a big deal... if it's really bad, you could consider Midol, which also has caffeine in it, helping with lethargy (although if you've never taken it before I suggest trying it before exam day). Honestly, I think you'll be so high on corticosteroids that you won't really notice.

i took the SAT II's when i had the worst cramps of my life. rocked back and forth through half of the time...but i scored amazingly somehow...dunno what that means

Eh, it shouldn't be a big deal unless you have really debilitating cramps or difficulty concentrating. Although it doesn't seem like much on paper, there's really plenty of time for bathroom breaks between blocks as long as you don't dilly dally. Since most people have a limited time window to take the exam, I don't think scheduling around your menstrual cycle would be advisable for the "average" woman - your study needs should come first. However, if you happen to be on hormonal birth control, it seems reasonable to move your period around to a more convenient time. 🙂
