Hi Everyone,

I am new to this website so this is my first thread. I am a sophomore in my second semester. I have decided that Biology is my major and Psychology will be my minor. Last semester I took Organic Chemistry I, Organic Chemistry I Lab, Human Physiology, Abnormal Psychology, Basic Spanish I, and Understanding the Dance (a humanities course). I also was a teaching assistant in an introductory biology lab. This semester I am taking Organic Chemistry II, Organic Chemistry II Lab, Organic Evolution, Social Psychology, Basic Spanish II, and Undergraduate Research (for 3 credits). (Language is a requirement at my school.)

The reason I chose not take begin the Physics sequence is that I graduated one year early from high school and do not have any experience with Physics whatsoever, I never even took it in high school. For this reason, I am taking Physics I over the summer (so I can build a strong foundation) and taking Physics II first semester of Junior year. Physics I will begin May 17 and end in late June. This way I still have 2 months (July + August) to study for the MCAT, which I am planning to take in January (once I complete Physics II). I just want to know how all of this sounds. Negative and positive critiques are welcome.

Thank you kindly.
