Scholarships

So I just got accepted to UPenn and was offered a scholarship--can anyone tell me what the "normal" range of scholarships is? I'm starting to think I was hallucinating and wrote it down wrong.

Were you OOS? They offer recruitment scholarships of $10,000 or so if memory serves to students with excellent GPA/GRE, etc.

(What I remember from 2 years ago anyway).
