Hey guys do you know of any scholarship offerings or any place to get more info on?

I haven't had much luck with looking for scholarship money outside of the school I will be attending... but the story seems to change once in 2nd year as far as outside funding sources.

Most are random, but every once and awhile there is a good one. They aren't for 'podiatry' students, but for any student.

There is a program through the Native American's Health program that is a full scholarship. Most of the schools have private scholarships.

Don't get too caught up on the scholarship amount unless you are getting 100% b/c a $10K scholarship at one school with higher cost of living or higher tuition may cost you more than a $2K scholarship at a school that has lower cost of living.

According to DMU brochure, 90% of incoming students get a scholarship, averaging $3000.

I don't feel so special anymore 🙁
