Are there any DO scholarships school specific or general that can help international students cover the tuition of the more expensive DO schools like MSU COM?

Many schools have merit and need based scholarships to help students with the cost of tuition. I think the amount of each can vary greatly and I wouldn't count on getting one from any school. I doubt your cost of attendance would be any higher than any OOS student (at the few DO state schools) or any different than any other private school just because you are an international student. Schools are aware of the prohibitive costs to medical schools and I think they do their best (within reason) to help students out. Just my $0.02.
