I am a new grad interested in becoming a School based PT. Is experince generally required? I feel like it could be intimidating being pretty independent out there (mentors not readily available) and I feel like you'd deal a lot with equipment/prosthetics/orthotics which isn't my strong point. Is it generally a suitable job for a new grad? I did a 12 week OP peds rotation and loved it.
