Hi guys, please help me out here.

I planned on attending a local college for postbacc classes after graduating university. However, even though I was accepted, I couldn't enroll in any classes since all the courses I needed were already full. So I ended up going to another college.

Strange thing is that I recently found out that they made a transcript for me! It only has transfer credits/courses listed from my undergrad home institution and zero credits earned from this college since I never registered for any classes w/ them.

Do I have to send this transcript to amcas/aacomas?? I never signed up for any classes yet they made a transcript for me....what do I wrote in my app in the coursework section? Do I still list the school? I'm so confused. I never paid for any classes!

Anyone know what i should do? Thanks for the help.

I'm a little concerned because I applied to several other colleges to take postbacc classes in the past and got accepted but never attended. Should I assume all these schools have transcripts for me?? Because that'd be such a hassle....

How did you find out they had generated a transcript for you? -Admissions to Medicine

The local colleges I applied to after graduating from my home institution are all a part of my city's public university system, so these schools use the same online service and account id# for accessing academic records, payments, etc.

So the system is able to generate all the unofficial transcript copies for all the city colleges I ever applied to. By doing this, I just found out that I have another transcript from yet another college I'd once applied to but never attended. So now, I have 2 schools that generated transcripts for me even though I never registered for any classes with them. These transcripts indicate that I earned zero credits with them and they list my transfer credits/courses from my official undergrad.
When I called one of the schools' registrar, they explained that every student that applies will have a transcript made under his/her name.

If I send the transcripts out to amcas and aacomas, I don't even know how to indicate this on my application's coursework/college section since it asks for the dates attended. There's, of course, no such info on my transcripts. I have no idea what to do! Any advice?

I got in without sending those kinds of transcripts

There were 2 colleges I was a "student" at but never actually registered for classes. The adcoms never knew and I forgot all about them up until just now.

In fact, I probably shouldn't be posting this

Oh, really? Awesome, thanks for the info! This will save me some money....too many transcripts to order.

https://www.aamc.org/students/services/336136/amcas2013faqs-transcriptrequirements.html

"One (1) official transcript is required from each U.S., U.S. Territorial, or Canadian post-secondary institution at which you have attempted coursework, regardless of whether credit was earned. "

This implies to me that if you have not attempted coursework then no transcript is required.

Got it - thanks for the help!

I just didn't want anyone to think that I'm hiding past school records or anything because according to some old threads, there are some kind of background checks done on students....? I just thought it'd be just for criminal records....
