Other extracurricular activities: I am in a social fraternity, though I am not sure if this is useful to put on an application. I volunteered around 15 hours for the red cross through this fraternity. I am worked as a barista since my freshman year of college, and made it to an assistant manager position, which I held for 2 months. I was also a shift lead for about a year. During the summers I worked as a line cook for 50 hours a week.

Get rid of Rush. They expect(and get ) hundreds if not thousands of hours of service hours from their applicants. You seem to have 48. You need about 150+ or you might be screened out.
You also need about 35 more hours of shadowing. Find a primary care doc to shadow.
