500~ hours (school’s medical mission trip with an underserved population, after school program volunteer for immigrant children)

Please break down these hours. Is the mission trip sponsored by a medical school? Are you including fundraising hours?

Harvard is unrealistic with your stats. Rutgers, Stony Brook and SUNY Downstate admit few non resident with your stats and no connection to the state. You could add any of these schools:
Drexel
Jefferson
Eastern Virginia
Wake Forest
NOVA MD
Tulane
TCU
Medical College Wisconsin
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont

Thank you so much for the input! I had a few followup questions..
Would it be realistic to include a few other reach schools? (I heard U Mich, U Virginia, Oregon are OOS friendly). Would you recommend applying to any CA schools with no ties?
Are there any schools from the list known to favor research heavy applicants, as my research is not too strongly reflected in my apps?

Oregon is not OOS friendly and your stats are not competitive as a non resident for U Michigan and U Virginia. Even CA residents with your stats would have a difficult time receiving an acceptance at a CA school.
