MD School List Help - 3.94/523

Hey y'all,

Looking for some help with my school list.
I'm originally from a suburb of Chicago, IL (my state of residency) but have been living in Louisiana for the last four years and will be staying in New Orleans while I apply working as a clinical research coordinator. I also have ties to Wisconsin and Arizona

cGPA: 3.93
sGPA: 3.84
MCAT: 523
Major: Public Health

Clinical hours: ~700 (paid employment, emergency room technician)
Research hours: ~700, will gain another 2000 hours during my gap year
Volunteer hours: ~180 in the community, ~200 as a peer health educator on my campus
Other: President of sorority, studied global health abroad across three continents

My list is pretty top-heavy so definitely looking for advice for schools to add/remove that are more mid-range. Here is my current list:
