With your MCAT Duke, Stanford, UCSF are far reaches. Keck and San Diego are also unlikely.
UNC, Virginia, Kansas City, Maryland, Louisville, Iowa, Indiana, Colorado and South Carolina are state public schools that give preference to their own residents and accept few OOS applicants with a MCAT of 510.
Georgetown, GW, Loyola, Tulane, Albany, Wake Forest, St. Louis, Drexel, Arizona and West Virginia are realistic choices with your stats.
I assume you are applying to all your Florida schools as those schools are where your highest chances are.
